"I am a person who loves to exercise and eat healthy, but after a busy start to the year I was really eager to give my body that 'health kick' it much deserved. I must admit I was initially a little sceptical of the 7-day detox because I absolutely love food. I was also concerned that with my long work hours, and by wanting to continue to exercise, that I wouldn't have enough food to sustain me throughout the day. After completing the detox I realised that I couldn't have been more wrong.
