Stretching Guide


In anticipation of the detox book we will be releasing in a few days Beau and I have decided to release our free stretching guide. It contains two pages of 6 upper and 6 lower body stretches, with pictures and in-depth instructions from Beau, which are fantastic for increasing your range of motion and mobility. Stretching is just as important as exercise as it decreases your likelihood of injury by increasing blood to your muscles and correcting posture and these can be done pre- or post- workout. These stretches are great to do every day and will be fantastic for while you are doing the detox (as during the detox you can only do gentle exercises).
