ERL12 Workout Preview

As some of you may know we have a new Eat Run Lift online challenge starting in January 2016. 

The ERL12 is an online training program designed by Strength & Conditioning Specialist Beau Bressington and curated by Rachel Aust. Each week we will provide you with fitness tips, recipes, and a downloadable training plan which is split into three guides:
- tone up;
- lose weight; or
- combination
and you can switch between the different programs at any stage.

Next round begins: January 18

We thought we would provide you all with a free workout from it, and a second free workout routine from ERL12 will be out in January.
