Ingredients

  • Butter (for pan)
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla bean paste (sugar free)
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 scoop stevia
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/3 almond milk

Method

  1. In a bowl combine eggs, baking powder, stevia, cinnamon, and vanilla bean paste
  2. Add in almond milk, stir
  3. Add in coconut flour and stir until desired consistency is reached
  4. Add butter to pan on a low heat
  5. Cook pancakes, and
  6. IMPORTANT FOR KETO serve with butter, or thickened cream to increase fats.
