You choose the program, you set your goals, we help you get you the results. At Eat Run Lift we understand that you're different to everyone else, and you have your own unique goals for your health and fitness, so when you take part in the ERL12 program you can choose which program to follow: weight loss, tone up, or a combination of the two so that your plan is tailored to get you to your goal faster.

Mindset Coaching

Each week you will receive mindset articles and worksheets to help you deeper explore the thought patterns that have gotten you stuck in a rut. Rachel Aust's Mindset Coaching Program will cover binge eating, diet sabotage, motivation, and how to stay on track. If your head isn't in the right place you will not succeed, so we've integrated our mindset coaching to help your new healthy habits flourish.
