FITNESS TESTS

Use one of these tests every 4-6 weeks to test your cardiovascular fitness levels


AT HOME - NO EQUIPMENT

Bodyweight training at home.


AT HOME - BARBELLS AND DUMBBELLS ONLY

Training with only a barbell and some dumbbells for resistance. These workouts can be done from home if you have the equipment, or at a gym.


GYM - INTERMEDIATE

Gym-only training.


GYM - ADVANCED

Gym-only training.
