I found out about Rachel’s program at the lowest point in my life. I was looking for a change and a way to challenge myself. I needed something to fill my time and in a healthy way. I didn’t know that this was going to be the biggest game changer for me. Rachel has not only helped me squat 110lbs, lose 7 pounds, and 6 inches off of my waist. 

She has helped me gain lean muscle, tone/ define my body, and instil healthy habits that I feel confident I can continue. I can’t believe the changes in my body. I’ve been able to take up kickboxing, cycling, HITT classes, and yoga. Things I always thought were out my reach due to injuries and how unfit I was. I am so grateful that I found Rachel’s program when I did. I couldn’t have gotten through my dark times without it. I’ve come out a stronger more balanced person because of her.

In a world with fitness influencers that scam vulnerable woman, I can honestly say that Rachel Aust is a true trainer that cares about her customers and changes their lives. She is just as genuine as she is on her videos. She keeps it honest and became one of my biggest cheerleaders. Also her recipes are to die for!

Words can’t describe how much I will miss this program but I am ready to challenge myself to keep it up. I can’t wait to see what I look like in the next 12 weeks and the weeks after that. This is only the start of my fitness journey and I have the best inspiration ever.

Thank you Rachel for everything you’ve done for me. Without your help and guidance I really would have spiralled because of some personal issues. You helped keep me on track and gain some confidence in myself. Your personal messages of encouragement always helped pushed me the extra mile. I'm happy that you were the trainer that I took that leap of faith with. I know that you will continue to help so many people with your 360 approach to fitness. The mindset training I believe was the icing on the cake in helping me achieve my goals. I have 10 more pounds to lose but I think I’ve got this.Thank you thank you thank you!
