Hi, I'm Rachel Aust

I'm a certified nutritionist, personal trainer, and wellness coach - and I too used to feel frustrated like I was on a diet/weight gain yo-yo cycle.

I know exactly how discouraging it feels to try to be "healthy" only to end up back in the same place each time, more frustrated than ever, which is why I created this program.

    All of the strategies in this program are essential for anyone who is pursuing weight loss or simply pursuing a better understanding of how to fuel their body in the best way possible!

  • No way! If you have been on every diet you can think of, this program was created exactly with you in mind every step of the way. In Nourish Me I cover all of the education, strategies and tools that are essential to understanding food, understanding your habits and barriers, and finding true balance. This is not a diet program.

  • No, it’s not. In my 1-on-1 coaching I will tailor your nutrition for you completely, as well as do video calls and write your training program for you.

    In this course you will learn the foundations of nutrition to fuel yourself well, untangle all the myths & mysteries you’ve head about food over the years, and unlock sustainable eating habits.
