Prepare to level up with Strength Sessions, by Rachel Aust. Each workout is designed to challenge your body and your strength - there is no stone left unturned. This will allow you to achieve results you can be proud of in a short time period.
This program includes weighted, resistance, and cardio training designed to build lean muscle and enhance conditioning in 12 weeks.

Strength Sessions is for those who are intermediate or advanced in their training, who have full gym access, and who want to feel empowered through fitness, and tap into their true strength.

Sculpt Sessions is a 12 Week Program that provides you with easy-to-follow gym workouts built into the Eat Run Lift training app.

  • A standard gym should provide all equipment required to complete Sculpt Sessions.

  • 30-60 minutes.

  • Absolutely. You can fully edit your schedule via the mobile app or through our desktop login. There are editing instructions pinned into the ‘Guides’ tab.
