When I reached out to start this program I felt "stuck". I was working out 4x a week and eating well. I've always been active and a healthy eater so I didn't understand why my body wasn't responding. 

Basically, I never saw any progress in my body. 

I told Rachel I needed guidance based on my body type. I needed help on what I should be focusing on in my workouts and I needed help understanding what healthy eating really means for my body. I am vegan and I tend to always feel hungry/snackish so I knew I wasn't giving my body the right meals to help me feel satiated and full of energy.

Those were my main goals, learning how to workout for my body and learning how to eat well and if I lost weight during this process then that is an extra benefit. 

Immediately, I started to understand what I wasn't doing and why my body hadn't been responding to my usual routine. Rachel really taught me that and I've learnt so much.
I didn't realize how much my body could mould and change without drastic weight loss (horrible misconception the world has taught us growing up). 

In the 12 weeks of doing this program I only lost 10 pounds but I feel like I look like an entirely different person because we moulded my body into a healthier me starting from my mind.

One thing that I really enjoyed throughout this process was that we worked on my mental state (mindset coaching) and breaking down barriers in my mind that I didn't realize was holding me back. 


The mindset coaching really changed my way of thinking and how I approached my body as a whole. Not to sound dramatic but it really changed me. I learned to be mindful and meditate and that helped my emotion and being aware of my state.

I learned that emotions are truly connected to our physical being and how it affects my weight and so on. 
The whole experience was truly a mind, body, soul experience. 

This whole experience has been extra special because towards the last few weeks was when the pandemic happened and I needed to figure out how to do all my workouts at home.
Rachel was there for me every step of the way and made sure all my home workouts were apartment friendly.
From the very beginning, Rachel made sure that everything was customized to my needs. I was blown away at how personalized and custom everything was. 

It was no different during the Pandemic, Rachel quickly updated everything I needed to make my transition seamless. 

I'm so grateful to have chosen this program to have guided me in a positive way to bettering myself. 

Rachel was incredible and her teachings and coaching transformed my body. I highly recommend this program for anyone who is serious at changing their lifestyle.
