The answer to all of your questions about Rachel’s 1:1 coaching is yes.

Does it work? Yes.

Is it realistic? Yes.

Is the food good? Yes.

Is the training sustainable? Yes.

And the biggest question for me;

Is it actually personalised and not a generic print out anyone could get with a simple google? Hell yes!

My reasons for applying for coaching with Rachel were totally selfish;

1. I wanted help to get a super hot body

2. I wanted to be educated about how I could manipulate my training and diet so it works best for MY body, so that when my coaching came to an end, I could do it on my own.

I’m still working on number 1, but I’m 51.5cm closer than when I started!

Number 2. This was the big one for me.

The way Rachel constructed my meal plans and training was so realistic for me that it was SO easy to fit into my lifestyle. When I say I’m busy, I mean I work 4 jobs, 6 days a week, some days for 11hrs a day busy. I didn’t have to change anything about the way I lived to fit in the training that Rachel planned for me, and having the meal plan actually gave me more time in the week to fit things in.

Rachel helped me understand what foods did/didn’t work for my body, how to plan my meals for myself, and how to change things to get different results. I wasn’t perfect all the time, but the way my meals/weeks were constructed made those times I did indulge not matter at all. I consistently got results every single week. I didn’t have to meal prep all my food at once so I wasn’t spending every Sunday in the kitchen all day! The meals were so enjoyable, and if I didn’t like anything Rach just swapped it out for something else, no biggie at all.

I was able to do all my training from home, with no equipment, in a space which is about 4m long and 1m wide. I could tell you how my clothes are too loose, or how good it feels to not feel like crap when I put on shorts, but I feel like my results do the talking:

Chest -6cm, Waist -15.5cm, Hips -9cm, Hips -9cm, L leg -6cm, R leg -6cm, Weight -7kgs.

I looked forward to Rachel’s calls, though I always managed to go off on tangents about anything other than our coaching... sorry gal! That accountability was so great from someone other than a close friend or my partner.

But now that I can do that, plan my meals and my training for myself, I mean this in the nicest way Rach, but I totally don’t need you anymore 😋
