You can cancel by logging in here, clicking your active package and then clicking cancel. Your profile will remain open until the current billing period expires, after which time it will be archived.

No, we are unable to change the payment date.

Yes, absolutely. If you need a break, you can pause your membership for 1–3 months. Each membership includes one pause per year.

Open your app and click the ‘You’ tab on the bottom right
Up the top right click the gear icon to open settings
Click ‘app integrations’ - this will open up a page where you can log into your fitness wearable apps
Click ‘data source’ at the top right to ensure your metrics are syncing from the correct app

Open your MyFitnessPal account and head to your settings
Make sure your profile is set to ‘public’ so that MFP will enable data sync for your profile
Return to the Eat Run Lift app and connect your MFP account

Ensure notifications are on your desired setting in your phone notification settings (on Apple open ‘settings’ ‘notifications’ and then find the Eat Run Lift app)
Inside the Eat Run Lift app click the ‘you’ tab
Click ‘notifications’ and adjust your settings in here to allow/disallow notifications

Power Curve is a live program, so we don't offer the functionality to 'reset'.
I'd recommend just jumping right in, and if you need some extra tips/pointers to adjust the volume use the Recovery Calculator in the 'training' folder of the On Demand tab. Once you fill that out the results at the bottom will mention whether to follow the plan as is, or if you should drop anything out.

Your Hourglass Reset officially begins the day after you purchase it, but you’ll have two full weeks of app access to complete everything at your own pace.
If you need to adjust your start date or catch up, you can still access all tasks and training sessions:
For Tasks: Go to the Today tab, Tap Tasks, here you’ll see everything scheduled for the week (or the previous week if you logged in late)
To Edit Training: In the Coaching tab, tap the Training box to open your full weekly schedule. From there, you can re-organise your training days or shift the start of your program to any time within your 2-week access window
