- Brush the banana halves with maple syrup, tightly cover with foil, place onto a baking sheet, and roast for 10-12 minutes or until soft and golden.

- Vigorously whisk in the quinoa flakes, then reduce heat to low.
- Whisk in the maple syrup and spices. Cook while stirring for 3-4 minutes.
- Spoon the pudding into bowls, top each serving with half of the roasted banana and enjoy.
