How do I access the program?

You are able to access the program anywhere with Rachel's Coaching app. You are also able to log in via a desktop any time via the 'app login' button on the Eat Run Lift website.

How often will I be in contact with Rachel?

As often as you like! You will have training app access to message Rachel as often as you like. Throughout the program you will do a video call with Rachel every few weeks to check in on your progress, discuss your Mindset Coaching Program, and for accountability.

Will this fit in with my diet/intolerances?

Yes, all nutrition protocols are customised to suit your dietary preferences & needs. You will be required to fill in a thorough survey when you begin the program so Rachel understands your needs.

Will I need a gym membership?

No, your training program will be written for you by Rachel, so your program be designed for wherever you'd like to train and include only the equipment that you have access to.

Do I get to keep the app access after I finish my training program?

You will retain free access to the Mindset Coaching Program Course, and you can extend your personal training app usage by extending your coaching with Rachel or by purchasing a training pack to continue your progressive training.
