WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE:

  • ‘Members Hub’ access to client (lifetime membership to private member portal on Eat Run Lift website).
  • Twelve (12) weeks of customised training.
  • Membership access to retrieve plans both via app and via Eat Run Lift website, valid until program is completed.
  • Three (3) meal plans delivered at week one (1), week four (4), and week eight (8).
