The last 12 weeks working with Rachel have been the most challenging and most exciting 12 weeks of my life so far. I spent early to mid 2019 doing F45 challenges, feeling disappointed with my fluctuating diet and feeling lost with how to continue. That’s until I found Rachel in October.
She has been the most supportive of me even when I wasn’t the most supportive of myself. Struggling with depression and anxiety over the past year, I found I began to be happier and more productive doing her workouts and eating the meals that she had planned for me. I found that over time I was stressing less, and I began to move towards hobbies I never thought I’d start back up again because of her mindfulness program and my initiative to be on my phone less.
While I fell off track throughout the December period due to Christmas time, peak retail and doing a trimester 3 subject at university, Rachel helped pick me back up to head in the direction I was wanting to go. I have nothing but appreciation for Rachel for guiding me with my diet, my mental health and my overall fitness as well as giving me strategies such as time blocking to help me with my discipline and to achieve my goals. I cannot wait to see where the next year takes me from what she has taught me!
