Rachel's coaching program is honestly a game changer. I've always been underweight my entire life and I've found it nearly impossible to eat breakfast every day, eat enough calories every meal to sustain my metabolism, and work out on a regular schedule while juggling work and school. Before I started Premium Coaching, I just assumed that I do to push through hating the gym and hating everything about fitness until I got used to it.
Obviously, that never worked. I would be on track for 2 weeks, miss a couple of workouts, give up, and not pick it back up for another 3 months. Same thing with eating, I would skip breakfast every day, because I just couldn't get into a routine to wake up early enough or meal prep ahead of time. It all felt like a miserable chore.
Unlike most other fitness programs I've attempted in the past that just throw an intense workout exercise at you every day and tell you to subsist off broccoli, Rachel's Premium Coaching focuses on helping you figure out why it is that you can't stick to your fitness goals, while providing you with realistic workouts, and meal plans with recipes that will make you drool (not kidding).
Her program helped me to explore my habits and patterns of thinking that were holding me back, and helped me to address each and every one of them in the most supportive and positive way. She is honestly such a gem of a person and I absolutely loved (and miss) our phone calls. I always felt empowered and motivated to tackle anything that I was struggling with. She's funny, relatable, and never judges you, no matter what.
I can't recommend this program enough. If you're thinking about it, do it. You absolutely won't regret it, and you'll be amazed at how much progress you make.
