Ingredients
- 200g peeled prawns
- 40g alfalfa sprouts
- 1/2 avocado
- 2 tbsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- Olive oil
Method
- Take peeled prawns and place in a bowl with garlic paste and chilli flakes
- Cover the prawns in the mixture before placing in a pan with olive oil
- Cook prawns for a few minutes each side
- Remove and serve with avocado and alfalfa sprouts
