Recipe: Parmesan Potatoes
Put these parmesan potatoes with some baked vegetables and a protein of your choice! :D

- Place a saucepan filled with water on high heat and place potatoes and salt into the water.
- Bring the water to a boil and reduce the heat to simmer and cover with a lid. Cook potatoes for 10-15 minutes or until it’s easy to pierce them with a fork.
- Preheat grill to a medium-high heat and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- While potatoes are still cooking prepare parmesan mixture by combining olive oil, shredded parmesan, salt, and garlic paste into a glass or jar and mix well to combine.
- Once potatoes have boiled remove them from water and place onto baking tray
- Use a pastry brush to paint half of the parmesan mixture onto potatoes, place into grill for 5-6 minutes, flip over, paint the remaining mixture on and allow to cook for a further 5-6 minutes or until they are golden brown and crisp on the outside.
- Remove and (optional) add a few drops of truffle oil to finish.
