I’m not much of a sweets/chocolate person, but lately I’ve had a few Premium Coaching clients who you could say have a ‘sweet tooth’, so I’ve been on the look out for recipes I can put into their nutrition sheets that will feel like a treat, but still help them hit their macro targets.
In comes me experimenting in the kitchen to make something sweet and tasty that also has a hit of protein AND is high in fibre.

  • 2 tbsp oat flour (I blend up rolled oats to create my own)

  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cacao powder

  • ¼ tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp cacao nibs

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/3 cup low fat Greek yoghurt

  • 10g dark choc chips

  • (optional, but not necessary) 1/2 tsp of natvia or erythritol - if you like your recipes really sweet, include this.

  1. Combine together oat flour, cacao, baking powder, cacao nibs, and vanilla extract into a mug or ramekin and mix well. If you’re adding a sweetener, add it at this point.

  2. Add the low fat Greek yoghurt (e.g. plain Chobani) and mix until there are no dry sections left.

  3. Microwave in mug for 20 seconds, remove and add 10g of dark chocolate chips.

  4. Microwave for a further 30 seconds and serve :D
