  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender. Pour in the dairy-free milk first.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Stop to scrape the sides as needed.
  3. Pour into glasses and enjoy.

Notes:

The second smoothie can be refrigerated for up to a day.

 

Alternatively, you can pour the smoothie into an ice cube tray, freeze, then thaw when you’re ready.
