12 weeks ago I decided to change my life for the better. After years of yo-yo dieting, never ending ‘before’ photos, and countless days of sadness and self doubt I decided to change my life.
12 weeks ago I took my last ‘before’ photo! Through this whole change Rachel was there every step of the way, to answer any questions I had and help me work through any struggles I was facing.
The meal plans were easy to follow and definitely delicious, the workouts were hard but so worth every drop of sweat, and the mindset coaching asked the hard hitting questions that I was too afraid to ask myself - but has changed my outlook on everything in my life (not just my diet and fitness).
The frequent coaching calls with Rachel always left me refreshed and ready to keep leaping forward! We worked through a lot of insecurities, doubts and negativity but at the end of each and every call I had no insecurities, no doubts and no negativity towards myself.
12 weeks later and I am nearly 10kg down, at a loss of 4% body fat and have a total of 9cm off my waist.
But more importantly I have regained my confidence, I am stronger than ever, I have the tools to build a healthy life for myself, and most importantly I have found myself again!
Thank you Rachel, you have helped me set up the foundation I need to build myself up again! You are a beautiful soul, thank you for always having faith in me and teaching me to have faith in myself!
I could not recommend the 12 week coaching with Rachel enough!!
