Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber
  • Cream cheese (1/2 tsp per cucumber slice)
  • Smoked salmon (100g for all 20)
  • Dill

Method

  1. Slice up cucumber
  2. Add cream cheese on top, followed by a small amount of smoked salmon and dill
  3. Keep stored in the fridge if not serving immediately
