Recipe: Ultra Low Sugar Cheesecake Cups
I absolutely adore cheesecake, but I don’t want to have it often because I hate how I feel from all the extra sugar afterwards. This prompted me to put together my own little individually portioned cheesecake cups so that I could easily make my own without the sugar hangover.
These have a grand total of 3g of added sugar per cup, which, if you ask me, is pretty low for a dessert.
I haven’t included any toppings in the macros because a little lemon zest on top suits them just fine, but you can feel free to get creative.
Read the instructions carefully, as they require a little bit of precision with the baking :)
