Polycycstic Ovarian Syncrome (PCOS) is something I’ve dealt with myself for a long time. I was actually diagnosed in 2016 and it took me a few years to get things sorted.

At the time I was studying nutrition and it lead me to pursue my other degrees and certificates in order to help other women avoid all the years of fumbling about that I went through to find a solution that works.

This struggle that I went through, combined with my years as a practising nutritionist and working with many women who are also trying to navigate their PCOS is what lead me to create The PCOS Program.

As soon as the doors are open you’ll have a chance to go through 4 week actionable program to start getting your PCOS symptoms under control and learn how to thrive, even with this diagnosis!

Everything you need to know about identifying the root cause of your PCOS and developing sustainable habits that work for you will be covered in this program. Who is this course suitable for?

The PCOS Program is suitable for women of all menstruation stages - from puberty to early perimenopause. You can also take part in this course if you are a healthcare professional and would like to learn more about PCOS to assist your clients in their journey.


I’ve tried so many diets and programs, what makes this different?

In this program I’ll be teaching you my Whole Lifestyle Approach, which is fundamental for your long term success managing your PCOS.

Together we are going to identify the habits that are contributing to your PCOS, identify your unique PCOS experience and then make an action plan that’s rooted in mindfulness, nutrition, and movement.

How is the course delivered?

The PCOS Program is a self-paced 16 module course that you can start or stop at any point in time. It’s a combination of videos, audio, and text. Once you’ve purchased the program you will receive immediate access to log in and get started. I recommend setting aside about 30-60 minutes each week to work on the program and the accompanying workbook.


What will we cover?

Week 1 - The Basics

Starting off with the basics you're going to get a full understanding of what type of PCOS you have, how to work with doctors, and how to understand your symptoms.

Week 2 - Signalling

Learn what daily habits may be making your condition worse so you can make informed decisions about your diet, exercise and lifestyle.

Week 3 - Biology

No more misinformation or confusion! Here I will teach you actionable steps for improving your gut health, skin quality, hormonal balance, and more!

Week 4 - Strategies

Get back to feeling like yourself again! Practical strategies for optimising your diet, creating a sustainable lifestyle, and ditching the hormonal havoc.


How long will I have access to The PCOS Program?

Your purchase gives you 12 months access to the program. There will be downloads which you can keep forever. I recommend saving them to a Dropbox or Drive.

I’m vegan / vegetarian / other, is this program suitable for me?

Yes. In this program there is no prescriptive diet, but I will be taking you through nutritional guidelines that will be optimal for improving your PCOS. I will help you understand and recognise what foods work well (or not) for your individual body, and educate you on how you can adapt your eating habits to heal, not hinder your PCOS.


I have another medical condition, can I still take part?

The nutrition, lifestyle, and movement advice I will be providing in the program will improve health for almost anyone. However, if you have a specific medical condition you may wish to consult your doctor before taking part.
