Recipe: Turkey Meatballs

We love prepping these and keeping a bunch in the fridge incase we want to heat them up and have with some carbs of veg! They’re super simple to make and will last in the fridge for a few days (if you don’t eat them before then)!


  • 1/3 brown onion

  • 500g (17oz ) lean turkey breast mince

  • 1 cup bread crumbs

  • 3 eggs


  1. Combine all ingredients in a glass bowl and mix well

  2. Roll into 1” diameter meatballs

  3. Put a pan on low heat and lightly spray with cooking oil

  4. Cook meatballs for 3-5mins per side and rotate regularly to ensure they’re cooked evenly.
