We love prepping these and keeping a bunch in the fridge incase we want to heat them up and have with some carbs of veg! They’re super simple to make and will last in the fridge for a few days (if you don’t eat them before then)!
1/3 brown onion
500g (17oz ) lean turkey breast mince
1 cup bread crumbs
Combine all ingredients in a glass bowl and mix well
Roll into 1” diameter meatballs
Put a pan on low heat and lightly spray with cooking oil
Cook meatballs for 3-5mins per side and rotate regularly to ensure they’re cooked evenly.
