I have always been an incredibly driven and busy person. For the past 9 years, I’ve worked multiple jobs at once while also pursuing college degrees. Currently, I am pursuing my master’s degree while working a full-time, professional internship. Unfortunately, I have often compromised my physical and emotional wellness in efforts to be successful in my career.

After investing in quite a few health and fitness programs in the past without long-term success, I was both nervous and excited when I dived into Rachel Aust’s 12-week fitness program. However, with my goal of a more balanced life in mind, I took a leap of faith. This incredible opportunity to work with Rachel has provided me with crucial skills that other health and fitness programs are lacking:

- Awareness of the habits in my life (reaching beyond simply what I eat or how I move) that are supporting or harming my overall health.

- Evidence that taking care of myself properly also yields positive results at work and in school.

- Confidence in my power to adjust my habits and continue growing into a healthier, more capable woman.

- The ability to be at peace with the lifelong journey of wellbeing.

While you can expect excellent exercise schedules and meal plans, Rachel delivers even more than that in this 12-week program. Her approach is both practical and passionate. I am so grateful that I’ve had this opportunity to work with such an incredible coach. Thank you, Rachel, for inspiring me to truly start and continue my wellness journey!
