My name is Lauren. When I applied for Rachel’s 12 week mindset coaching, I had a few goals in mind, lose weight, get control over my bad eating habits and to stop making excuses for myself, to be real I needed a lifestyle change.

In order to achieve my goals Rachel helped me to remove my bad habits and build new healthier habits. Rachel helped me change from someone who dreaded any physical activity into someone who doesn’t mind doing a workout 5 or 6 days a week. She helped me change from someone who was ordering food from takeaway shops nearly every day to someone who cooks 95% of her meals. Learning to plan my meals was something that I had never really thought of doing myself and it’s honestly one of the most valuable tools that I learned. Her meal plans for me never felt restrictive.

Rachel was a fantastic trainer for all of the above reasons but I felt that she was unconditionally supportive of me and I never felt judgement from her if I slipped up. I’m so grateful to Rachel for choosing to work with me and thankful for all her hard work that she’s put into making this extremely valuable training.

Now that I’ve completed the course, I’m continuing to apply what she taught me to my fitness journey.
