I joined Rachel's 1v1 Premium Coaching program around the middle of August and I lost more than 12kg.
My goal isn't just to lose weight, but develop healthy habits and have a strong foundation. I'm really happy that Rachel helps me a lot with meal planning, she reintroduced a proper diet, not just boring meals haha.
She also helps me a lot with planning my workouts, activating all muscle groups and getting them working properly again, not just killing me with cardio.
I'm really glad I joined this program and I'm slowly getting rid of my emotional eating problem.
