A meal prep breakfast which packs a flavour punch!

Instructions
- Heat oil in a medium skillet
- Add in onion and capsicum and cook until capsicum starts to soften
- Add ground turkey and taco spice and cook through well
- Create space in the turkey and crack egg in – mix well
- When everything is cooked add salsa, low fat mozzarella and avocado for toppings.
