Sometimes instead of prepping a whole dish I like to make just the base! This can be eaten as is or paired with your preferred carb source to make it a more hearty meal.
¼ brown onion
500g extra lean beef mince
3-4 cloves of garlic
3 tbsp low cal BBQ sauce (I use this one)
1 yellow capsicum
1 green capsicum
Chop all veg
First place capsicum, onion, and garlic into a pan on low heat
Once onion and garlic are fragrant add in beef mince with zucchini
Once beef is brown add in BBQ marinade or sauce - I have included a link above to the one I use which is extremely low sugar, and low calorie
Allow the dish to cook together for another 10 mins until all veggies are soft and beef is cooked through and serve.
