Recipe: Green Pancakes
I've been on some kind of a pancake kick lately and so I've been making some sort of variation of pancake almost every single day for about two months now.
These spinach pancakes are nutrient dense, are going to help you get in some veggies and fruits first thing in the morning, and because of the sweetness of the banana you're not even going to notice that you're having spinach inside a sweet dish.
Spinach is jam-packed with nutrients which are great for your skin and for improving digestion. Spinach is also one of the best sources of dietary magnesium, which is necessary for energy metabolism, making it a great choice for your morning. Plus we’ve got some protein from our eggs, which are one of the most satiating foods you can eat.
