Recipe: Spiced Pear Protein Oatmeal

As it’s starting to get colder here I’m finding myself relying heavily on protein oats for breakfasts again. They’re filling, nutrient dense, and you easily change the flavour based on what you feel like that day. I had some extra time this morning so decided to poach some pears to put into the oats. The poached pears will make approximately 4 servings. I like to keep the extra servings in an airtight container in the fridge to use for other breakfasts in the week.
