- Preheat the oven to 400°F (205°C). Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet and season with salt and pepper. Bake in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until cooked through. Set aside to cool slightly, then shred.
- Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the package directions. Strain and run under cold water immediately to prevent overcooking.
- In a bowl, combine the chicken, pasta, celery, cucumber, green onions, and cilantro. Add the oil, sesame seeds, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat. Enjoy!
