Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Add the dates to a food processor. Run the processor until the dates start to break down.
  2. Add all but 2 tablespoons of the almonds to the food processor with maple syrup, cocoa powder, and protein powder.
  3. Process until the mixture starts to hold together. Slowly add the almond milk if the mixture is too dry.
  4. Form heaping tablespoon portions of the mixture into balls and place them onto a parchment-lined sheet.
  5. Toss the chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe bowl.
  6. Microwave on low in 30-second increments until melted.
  7. Dip the balls into the melted chocolate. Top each one with a pinch of the reserved almonds.
  8. Freeze for 30 minutes or refrigerate for 2 hours, so the balls firm up.
