Introducing one of my favourite high protein smoothies!! A delicious combination of mango and raspberry this recipe will sure to become your go-to for your post-workout meal or a snack on the run.
Mango Raspberry Protein Smoothie

Ingredients
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a blender. Pour in the dairy-free milk first.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Stop to scrape the sides as needed.
- Pour into glasses and enjoy.
Notes
The second smoothie can be refrigerated for up to a day.
Alternatively, you can pour the smoothie into an ice cube tray, freeze, then thaw when you’re ready.
