Ingredients

Roasted banana
Pudding

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  2. Brush the banana halves with maple syrup, tightly cover with foil, place onto a baking sheet, and roast for 10-12 minutes or until soft and golden.
  3. Meanwhile, bring the milk to a boil in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
  4. Vigorously whisk in the quinoa flakes, then reduce heat to low.
  5. Whisk in the maple syrup and spices. Cook while stirring for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Spoon the pudding into bowls, top each serving with half of the roasted banana and enjoy.
