- Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius and line a baking sheet with foil.
- Whisk the soy sauce, oil, ginger, garlic, red chilli, and citrus juice together in a bowl to make the sauce.
- Transfer the broccoli to the foil-lined sheet with the mushrooms, bell peppers, and onion. Drizzle with half the sauce, toss to coat, then spread in an even layer.
- Roast for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cut the chicken into 4-5-cm-wide strips—season with salt, black pepper, and onion powder.
- Push the vegetables to one side of the baking sheet. Arrange chicken in an even layer on the other side and drizzle with the remaining sauce.
- Return to the oven to roast for 15-20 minutes or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches a safe 74 degrees Celsius.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle everything with sesame seeds, plate, and serve.
