  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius and line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. Whisk the soy sauce, oil, ginger, garlic, red chilli, and citrus juice together in a bowl to make the sauce.
  3. Transfer the broccoli to the foil-lined sheet with the mushrooms, bell peppers, and onion. Drizzle with half the sauce, toss to coat, then spread in an even layer.
  4. Roast for 15 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, cut the chicken into 4-5-cm-wide strips—season with salt, black pepper, and onion powder.
  6. Push the vegetables to one side of the baking sheet. Arrange chicken in an even layer on the other side and drizzle with the remaining sauce.
  7. Return to the oven to roast for 15-20 minutes or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches a safe 74 degrees Celsius.
  8. Remove from the oven, sprinkle everything with sesame seeds, plate, and serve.
